Welcome to Run from the Rays, an epic 5K walk/run, for everyone from first timers and kids to serious runners. Taking place in one of the most beautiful venues in Boca Raton, the Spanish River Athletic Complex on Spanish River Boulevard. The run encompasses two magnificent lakes, with all registrants receiving an event t-shirt and all finishers receiving a magnificent custom designed medal. Proceeds from past events were donated to Caridad Center of the Palm Beaches, Moffitt Cancer Institute, Richard David Kann Melanoma Foundation of the Palm Beaches, Melanoma Foundation of New England, and Dermatology Medical Missions, all of whom are dedicated to the treatment and prevention of skin cancer.
